Keith Stauffer – President and Chief Executive Officer

Keith is a Special Agent, United States Secret Service – Retired. Keith founded EVI Corporation in 2000. Since the company’s inception, Keith has had a hands-on role in insuring that all final installation work meets client expectations. He is responsible for business development and works with government agencies and municipalities to assess their equipment needs requirements in the first stages of a project.

Keith StaufferAs a technical agent in the Secret Service, he was recognized as a pioneer in computer fraud investigations and taught these skills to other Agents and United States Attorneys. He is qualified as an expert witness and has testified as a Computer Forensic Expert in Federal Court. His experience includes investigations, executive protection and instruction.

Keith was a driving instructor for the Secret Service and has consulted on numerous television programs and feature films on technical aspects of law enforcement, motorcades, and Secret Service procedures. He has also supplied “law enforcement” and “under-cover” vehicles and drivers for the motion picture industry. [click here to see our MOVIE CARS]

In his spare time he is the historian the Association of Former Agents of the United States Secret Service and conducts oral history interviews of former Secret Service employees and associates.

Scott Schneider

Scott Schneider – Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operations Officer (COO) Scott is responsible for the day to day operation of the shop and has signature authority to bid contracts and respond to other corporate obligations.

Scott is noted for his problem solving skills and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the emergency equipment, telecommunications and surveillance fields.

While serving eleven years in the United States Navy, Scott received extensive training and experience in electronics, crypto, cellular and radio maintenance. Following military service, he accepted an assignment with the White House Communications Agency (WHCA) where he was responsible for the installation of emergency and telecommunications systems in the Presidential fleet. He also traveled internationally and throughout the states, supporting communications for the President, Vice-President and First Lady. While with the WHCA, Scott held Top Secret (SCI/YW) Clearance.

In his spare time, Scott is a volunteer Emergency Medical Technician and drives an ambulance for the Occoquan Woodbridge Lorton Volunteer Fire Department.


Diana Murphy

Diana Murphy - Office Manager

Diana manages the day-to-day administrative details—from scheduling vehicles for installations to accounts receivable. She also purchases equipment and prepares client estimates. These practical skills facilitate a well-run office, but her finest talent is customer service. With years of experience in the mortgage industry, Diana has honed her ability to communicate detailed and sometimes complicated information to clients. She addresses all inquiries promptly and with friendly professionalism. Sparky, her “office assistant,” greets customers with a wagging tail and, occasionally, with a friendly bark.

 

 


Rob Scheper

Robert Scheper – Shop Supervisor

With a background in construction, welding, manufacturing and automotive service, Rob brings a diverse skill-set to the shop. His talents are put to use on specialized projects such as “jump-out” vehicles, command posts and surveillance platforms. A Harley Davidson enthusiast and avid rider, Rob is the lead technical advisor on all motorcycle installations.

 


Luis CupidoLuis Cupido – Installation Technician

Luis received training at a technical institute, where he studied computer and electronics engineering technology, C programming in Linux, electronic and circuit design, communications cabling, and data-network communications. He honed his skills as an installer for an automobile audio company and specialized in keyless security systems, remote starts, satellite radios, and alarms.

 


Ralph UseraRalph Usera – Senior Installation Technician

With seventeen years of experience in the industry, Ralph has held a variety of positions—from sales and service to lead technicial and shop manager. He has specialized experience in wireless communications and encrypted/secured communications. He has consulted with a wide range of local, state and federal government agencies, providing reliable solutions for state-of-the-art communications systems.

Sergeant John Ashley
Technical Consultant, Law Enforcement
Projects and Specialty Vehicles

John is a career member of the Metropolitan Police Department, Washington, DC. He is currently a patrol Sergeant having served in patrol, vice and as a detective. John is also an Emergency Medical Technician, a member of the National Drug Enforcement Officers Organization, and a member of the National Tactical Officers Association.

John died tragically on May 30, 2004
in response
 to a call for service.
He will remain on this webpage
 in memoriam.
